4. What development policies can achieve 'green' growth? This questions requires the group to evaluate one development policy that can implement 'green growth' and evaluate its successes and failures.

Legislating policies that engage with green development – the controversies in subsidies from states on investing in environmental problems. We need to reduce societies over-consumption, whilst not de-valuing the vulnerability of natural resources, such as water and energy by reducing it’s price.

International and domestic policies for environmental development – UNEP, Cap and Trade and UN Summits, analyzing any trends across the global community and their limitations.
